Founded in 2010, the website Documents artistes Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (ww.dda-ra.org) is dedicated to the visibility of the work of visual artists and designers based in the region.

To promote knowledge of contemporary art, the website offers digital documentation made up of numerous resources to all audiences. Through this editorial and dissemination work, Documents d’artistes Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (DDA-RA) promotes and supports the regional artistic scene. The association is part of the Documents d’Artistes network which presents more than 500 visual artists in France and contributes to their influence.

The partnership between the Bullukian Foundation and Documents d’artistes Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes was initiated in 2010 by hosting the website launch party. In 2015, DDA-RA was invited to create the group exhibition Images résistantes, then a public meeting with the artist Jan Kopp was co-organized in 2018 around the Utopia House project.

In 2020, the Bullukian Foundation is supporting a new project carried out by DDA-RA to celebrate its 10th anniversary. On this occasion, DDA-RA is creating an original collection of 87 posters, bringing together all the artists whose work is presented to date on the site. Each poster, published in a limited series, represents a work specially chosen in collaboration with the artist. The whole collection reflects the great diversity of artistic approaches documented by DDA-RA.

This exceptional edition, printed by the Manufacture d’Histoires Deux-Ponts, thanks to the support of public and private partners, is inaugurated during an exhibition at the Maison du livre, de l’image et du son in Villeurbanne, on September 12 until October 24, 2020.

The complete collection of 87 posters can be viewed on dda-ra.org and available for purchase on order.
