Recognized as a public utility since 2003, the Bullukian Foundation supports ambitious projects in the fields of artistic creation and applied medical research and contributes through its actions to the influence and development of Armenian culture.<\/p>

In 2009, the State Council granted to the Bullukian Foundation the status of umbrella foundation, an official \u00ab\u00a0label\u00a0\u00bb which allows to recognize among its supported projects those which require particular attention and to support their purpose with the status of sheltered foundation.<\/p>

These sheltered foundations are all means given to the Bullukian Foundation to amplify its commitment in areas related to its missions.<\/p>

In return, the Bullukian Foundation brings its notoriety and its expertise to the sheltered foundations and ensures the administrative, financial, and legal management of their structures. By donating:<\/p>

  • In the context of income tax, a tax reduction of 66% of the amount of the donation within the limit of 20% of taxable income.<\/li>
  • As part of the property wealth tax, the tax reduction is 75% of the amount of the donation up to a limit of \u20ac50,000 per year.<\/li>
  • In the context of corporation tax, the tax reduction is 60% of the amount within the limit of 5\u2030 of turnover.<\/li>
  • Within the framework of the IT and the CT, the excess payments compared to these ceilings can give rise to a tax reduction by carry-forward over the following 5 years.<\/li>
  • Since 2022, the L\u00e9a and Napoleon Bullukian Foundation has held Dutch public utility approval and has the status of cultural ANBI in the Netherlands (RSIN number: 827064664). Thus, donations made to the Foundation by taxpayers domiciled in the Netherlands are subject to tax advantages.
