Recognized as a public utility since 2003, the Bullukian Foundation supports ambitious projects in the fields of artistic creation and applied medical research and contributes through its actions to the influence and development of Armenian culture.
In 2009, the State Council granted to the Bullukian Foundation the status of umbrella foundation, an official « label » which allows to recognize among its supported projects those which require particular attention and to support their purpose with the status of sheltered foundation.
These sheltered foundations are all means given to the Bullukian Foundation to amplify its commitment in areas related to its missions.
In return, the Bullukian Foundation brings its notoriety and its expertise to the sheltered foundations and ensures the administrative, financial, and legal management of their structures. Thus, sheltered foundations benefit from favorable conditions to participate, on their own scale, in the construction of future projects.
The Cercle 21 Foundation promotes and supports contemporary art development projects in Lyon, within the framework of macLYON or the museum department of Lyon, in particular through the purchase, production, or restoration of artwork, the funding of artistic residencies, exhibitions or cultural projects and the highlighting of permanent collections.
The Cercle Poussin Foundation promotes, produces, funds, or supports the funding of any development project of the Museum of Fine Arts in Lyon, in particular through the purchase or restoration of works of art, highlighting permanent collections or supporting temporary exhibitions.
The purpose of the Coquelicot Foundation is to support and contribute to the development of projects for the benefit of people in difficulty of social inclusion due to a disability (mental disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, including dys and autism), as well than children and teenagers in family, social and personal difficulties.
EILEEN GRAY LE CORBUSIER, CAP MARTIN Foundation
The Eileen Gray – Le Corbusier, Cap Martin Foundation’s mission is to support or lead any action contributing to the maintenance, conservation, enhancement, and knowledge of the registered site and historic monument of the villa Eileen Gray – Etoile de Mer – Le Corbusier located in Roquebrune Cap Martin.
The purpose of the Fondachal Foundation is to promote art in all its forms and in particular the art of stained glass and their production.
The Graphein Foundation takes action in favor of the students of Emile Cohl School in order to ensure the promotion, the animation and the support of teaching, research, and innovation in all fields of graphic arts, from parietal art to multimedia arts.

The Musica Solis Foundation supports the production of concerts and shows by Ensemble Correspondances in France and abroad, as well as research programs on the musical repertoire of 17th and 18th centuries or any activity that help the discovery and promotion of baroque music.

The purpose of the Fondation de l’Olivier is to support health, educational, scientific, and cultural actions and programs, which enable people in society to improve their living conditions, their knowledge, and accomplish themselves.
PONS PATRIMONII Foundation
The Pons Patrimonii Foundation aims to fund and support actions of general interest contributing to the preservation and enhancement of the architectural, artistic (literature, painting, sculpture, …), natural and immaterial (technics and craftmanship skills) heritage.
The purpose of the Ressort Foundation is to collect funds for the benefit of Ressort Association and more generally to support all actions and studies aimed at helping unemployed people to insert themselves in the work world and overcome the medico-social consequences of unemployment.

The SWING Foundation supports young creative artists in the fields of innovative urban highlighting. The Extraordinary Textiles Foundation supports extraordinary heritage and contemporary textile know-how.
